This 2022 GUK / Vijuk Falzmachine FS53/12 sheet-fed paper folding system is a high-precision, pharmaceutical-grade folding line engineered for leaflets, outserts, package inserts, and medical documentation. This line includes a FA35/4 ST2 folder (S/N 73362) equipped with a 12” roller infeed conveyor, adjustable side fences, and four (4) additional fold stations, expanding folding versatility for parallel and combination fold configurations.

For right-angle and complex cross-fold applications, the system is equipped with an MVX9 outsert knife folder, featuring a 90-degree knife, belt-fed transport, and end discharge, ensuring accurate cross-folding of pharmaceutical inserts.

Cutoff and finishing functions are handled by a Presse PU3 cutoff unit (S/N 73365) with wrap-around belt-fed conveyor and cutoff roller, delivering precise length control and clean separation. Finished products are collected via an accumulator table (S/N 73366) with adjustable fences and end stop, supporting organized stacking and continuous operation.

The entire system is operated via four (4) touchscreen control stations and a centralized power control panel, providing integrated control across all modules for synchronized, high-efficiency production.
