Configured for high-quality labels, folding cartons, flexible packaging and specialty converting, the FL5-510 features eight servo-driven flexographic print stations, approximately 500 mm (19.7”) maximum print width, speeds up to 200 meters/minute, automated registration, GEW UV curing, web cleaning, BST web inspection and roll-to-roll production. The line is further enhanced by an integrated Edale FDC 600 flatbed die-cutting system, providing inline printing, die cutting, creasing and carton converting in a single production platform.
