This 2015 GUK / Vijuk Falzmachine FA45/8 automatic paper folding system is a high-precision, pharmaceutical-grade, sheet-fed folder engineered for leaflets, outserts, package inserts, and medical documentation. Designed to meet the strict accuracy and repeatability requirements of regulated production environments, this system supports complex folding, cross-folding, and finishing operations with consistent results.

The primary FA45/8 folder features a 27” maximum sheet width, sheet stack table, and belt pickup infeed for reliable feeding of lightweight and thin pharmaceutical stocks. Equipped with eight (8) fold stations and end discharge, the FA45/8 delivers flexible parallel and combination fold configurations. Touchscreen controls provide intuitive operation, fast setup, and repeatable job recall.

This system includes a FA35/8 folder (S/N 64348) with a 13” roller infeed conveyor, adjustable knife, and four (4) additional fold stations, expanding folding capability for complex and multi-panel leaflet formats.

For cross-fold and outsert applications, the line is equipped with an MVX9 outsert fence folder (S/N 60982) featuring a 90-degree knife and belt-fed transport, ensuring precise right-angle folding. An integrated MVX9 stapler enables inline stapling of folded inserts, supporting finished pharmaceutical booklet and outsert production.

Finished products are delivered to an end-discharge accumulator table, allowing organized stacking and continuous operation. The system is managed through two (2) touchscreen control stations and a centralized power control panel, providing synchronized control across all modules.
